Words just cannot express how much we appreciated Mike’s expertise, wisdom, and guidance during the exciting, often daunting, and ultimately successful journey of purchasing our first home! He was there every step of the way, patiently answering our !numerous! questions and sharing his sage advice and clear-minded perspective. We were constantly amazed at his depth of knowledge -from the neighborhoods in Sonoma county and the surrounding areas, to all the helpful tips and advice on home maintenance and repair. His insight, honesty, and humor were much needed, and much appreciated. We never felt he was trying to sell us just any old house, but that he was working his hardest to find the one we’d be the happiest with, both in a heartstrings way and a wise decision way. Mike is perfect, literally! He's professional, congenial, easy to talk with, serious about the details, smart about the market, on the mark with suggestions, excellent with follow up, and encouraging through the process. He actually made the process of selling our home positive and even enjoyable! The photos that he took were beautiful, and really showed our home in the best light, with attention to special features and ambience. He was patient in explaining options in the final negotiations and thorough in getting the deal finalized. He's the best!
