Fantastic customer service! Peg took the time to look up a prior order for a personalized towel, so that I could order a 2nd towel to match the 1st towel (2nd towel is for the younger sibling). Now there is a matching set for the 2 brothers :)

It was so very, very easy doing business with Peg and Initial Impressions. It was our second apron order as the younger siblings wanted their own monogrammed aprons. Peg was helpful with my questions and the order was received in record time. The product is adorable, well made and sure to be a hit in their kitchens!
