        These guys are great! They have an amazing selection of Fireplaces, hearths and Grills. Thinking about getting a Hot Tub there too. Go see Greg and he will take great care of you.

        Went by at 5:50. They close at 6. Obviously, I wouldn't have had much time, wanted to look at something quickly. Door was locked. People inside saw me and turned out the lights. I would have understood if they'd come to the door, apologized, said it was so close to closing they couldn't start anything new and asked me to come back. This was just rude.

        I've bought several fireplaces from Heat Wave they are all great, however, one had a manufactures design defect and Heat Wave kept coming back, figured out what was wrong and made the manufacturer supply a newly designed replacement part - without any additional cost to me. Short long - You can trust Heat Wave they sell and correctly install really nice fireplaces and spas at a fair price.
