Had an appointment here not too long ago. The young lady that assisted me was amazing . Laneika was her name I believe . She was very kind and courteous and made me feel comfortable. Everything was going great until the manager came in. The manager Dawn was very rude and pushy . She made the visit awkward and seemed to care more about my money than anything . She made comments that were very rude and unprofessional. Thanks to Dawn I will not be returning .

I can't express how much I enjoyed my visit to the Boulder location. The staff is what makes the experience. I had the pleasure of getting to know Rainy, the smile technician, and she was an absolute joy to work with. I really felt as if she cared and truly wanted me to have the smile of my dreams. She gladly answered any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous and really put any concerns or worries I had at ease. My experience so far with Smile Direct has been a very positive one. The company is very thorough, plenty of follow up with resources to explain any questions you might have, and they have a wonderful staff.
