    I've had Well assist for for 2 and a 1/2 years And without it I would be lost It helps me with my daily living And reminds me when to take my pills when to eat I wouldn't know what to do without it it's the best thing that ever happened to me Since I was hit by the car and ended up on medication and brain damage And well I'm by myself It helps me more than when I have home support workers Come in because because they forget things and well assist reminds yeah it's me miss the best thing that's happened to me

    We have had this system in my Dad’s house for over a year now. My Dad is 91 and although the body is getting weaker, his mind is still sharp. My Dad does not like/use/understand computers as he feels at his age, he does not want to learn how to use computers. That was before he received his Routinify device. He now calls it a computer for those that don’t know how to use a computer! The team who worked to install it took the time to meet and get to know my Dad. They understood his routines, medication regime, specific nutritional needs and even what kind of music he likes. As stated, my Dad is still sharp and knows how and when to take his meds, meals, drink water, etc. He doesn’t NEED the device per se, but rather it is a gentle reminder that gives him piece of mind in case he someday should forget. We have had a couple of instances since he received the system where there was an upgrade to the device where the data was not visible. One call to the Tech support team had a person at my Dad’s house that day to effect the necessary reboot. Not only did they restart the device, they took the time to talk to my Dad in language (non-technical) that he understood. Would I recommend this for your aging loved ones, without hesitation.
