Charles is remarkable. We were impressed when he serviced our heating system a few days ago, and even more impressed yesterday when he returned to do a complete replacement of our furnace and air conditioning units. Once again, he was personable, thorough and efficient, patiently explaining everything to us, and staying way late to finish the job rather than coming back the next day. Did a thorough clean-up, and spent a good deal of time going over instructions very carefully. We could not have hoped for better service. Charles is a credit to the Precision company. This was my first time using Precision Plumbing and heating, my experience was exceptionally fine. Mr. Zach Doucet was the repair person who answered our call, and he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly and explained things. I am completely, and totally, happy with his service and he was a gentleman, too. They are my go to company and will be very happy to recommend him, and them. Zach is a straight shooter. This was my second time using Precision Plumbing and Heating, and, once again, Mr. Zach Doucet was the repair person that came over (actually, I was so impressed the last time, that I requested him) was early (and phoned first) and he was courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly and explained everything that he was doing. I am totally happy with Zach, and Precision P & H. and highly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical needs. This was my third time using Precision and Mr.Doucet. Jacob replaced our ceiling fan, light and fan switches, fire detectors and other electrical items. He was nice, competent, efficient, thorough and organized. Jacob came again to update our electrical panel and replace a light fixture. Again he was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to work with!
