    Do not recommend this company to anyone! They are more concerned with taking your money than making sure the courses are consistent and understandable. As many reviews will point out, there are very few (if any) videos and it's mostly a self paced, text based learning. They give you a PDF of the book. Thats it! I opted to pay in installments as I wanted make sure this is what I wanted to get into. BIG MISTAKE! They are still charging my card and customer service is non existent even after I have not had access since May. Waste of time, taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    would give them a -5 if I could DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM; All you get is a pdf. They do not even offer a review or practice test before you take an exam. They do NO teaching at all. Just 818 pages of pdf you have to read. No videos, no instruction at all. it is a TOTAL waste of money.

    If you are able to figure things out for yourself, then this is the place for you. Online course work is pretty standard, I never reached out to any instructors, but on two separate occasions ending up communicating through chat/email. The "help desk" are people that speak and write in English but do not think in English, so trying to get any answers will only leave you with more questions. For anyone that works at the help desk reading this " the exam prep courses are not part of the 168 hours of course work, and while I understand the exam prep is crucial in order the pass the state exam, I passed the licensing exam without taking the exam prep courses."

    If I could give zero stars I would. I have been in real estate for three decades and therefore very familiar with the education requirements necessary to maintain my real estate license. I have participated in various kinds and types of educational courses over the years however I have never had such a miserable, frustrating and unprofessional experience as I had recently with VanEd and their related partner 360 Training Support. I enrolled in an online course that was advertised as a 1 hour course. I proceeded to take the course, carefully reviewing the information in the course, I completed the course quizzes throughout, passed all the quizzes with success. This course took well over the 1 hour advertised and after 2 hours of course work I started the final exam. The final exam questions were all completely unrelated to the course and the answers presented also had absolutely nothing to do with the questions presented. Therefore the final exam was impossible to complete successfully. I immediately took screen shots and emailed VanEd to notify them of the issue and ask for help correcting the exam or providing other guidance so that I could get credit for completing the course. I received a generic or automated email from 360 training the supposed support and customer service provider for VanEd saying they were looking into things. I emailed them again a week later asking for further updates, I received again a generic or automated email from 360 training saying they were looking into it. I emailed them again 2 weeks after the course asking for resolution to yet again get a generic or automated email from 360 training. After nearly a month of no action or response leading to any kind of resolution I called 360 training asking for either course credit or a refund. The support representative with 360 training was extremely frustrating to deal with, she continually interrupted me and provided no resolution and indicated that no refund could be issued because of the laps in time. I reminded her that I had emailed about the issue the very same day it occurred and that the time lapse was because of their lack of response. I finally heard back from 360 training 48 hrs after my last discussion with them (the only reason this response was timely was because I demanded that they address this immediately) and their only response was that they had fixed the course and I could take it again. I have zero interest in wasting any additional time with this screwed up course or this screwed up company. I had passed all the quizzes leading up to the final exam and the fact that on a small 1 hour course this issue could not be resolved in a faster more effective fashion other than no refund and take it again over a month after taking it the first time is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will NEVER use VanEd again after this horrible experience. Users beware if you have any issues you will be dealing with an out sourced, screwed up, rude and untimely customer service company located in the Philippines not at all willing to be reasonable. Dont waste your time or money with VanEd and their partner 360 Training they have unreliable courses and support. NEVER AGAIN VanED, NEVER AGAIN!
