Pamela at BR Flatirons saved me this morning! I forgot I had a wedding to go to this weekend and work 12HR shifts at the hospital so I didnt have much time. She helped me find a flattering outfit in 30min and even offered to steam it for me. 10/10 stars for customer service

if your website has a promotion and better price why refuse your customer to ask a price adjustment? had a bad customer service with the lady . i will buy online and not coming to your store anymore.

Perfect! Michelle was SUPER helpful with bringing suggestions that actually suited my body type and style, had really positive feedback (not cheap/fake compliments like so many other store associates at other places) and I walked out with exactly what I came in for. Maria was also very kind and very helpful in getting everything ready for me to go! One of the smoothest and actually helpful dress shopping experiences Ive ever had. Thanks again for the help!!!

We went to the Flatirons Banana Republic store and were greeted by Maddie, a very friendly and helpful sales person. We were there to exchange a gift, she gave us various suggestions and options so we were able to find something that we wanted. She made our shopping experience very pleasant and we were very impressed with her professionalism.
