In addition to creating the trust document itself, he also provided useful and important information on the proper way to fund the trust. An added bonus to working with Michael Bailey is that he will come to your location to work with you. This proved to be very helpful in my situation when it came time to have my sister, a co-trustee, sign the trust documents. She works in Boulder and we were able to meet there to sign the trust documents without her having to take more than a few minutes away from work.
