After a previous great experience with Tristian maintaining my ancient furnace, I decided that I needed to add AC to my home. At the same time update to a new furnace. Bill and the office staff were very honest that 1st call is not an authorized XCEL installer, and would not be able to process xcel rebates. Referred me to Summit (I found to have untrustworthy sales practices). I ended up going with Coffman & company (there were many problems with Coffmans install). I truly appreciate Bill's honest & forthright approach to running this company. If I had to do it over again, I think I would have 1st call do the job.

I cannot express how incredible Bill and his team are. They went absolutely above and beyond to help me out of a tricky situation with my AC. We purchased our home 4 months ago, and it came with an unnecessarily fancy and sophisticated Lennox HVAC. When our thermostat got damaged, the AC stopped working. Bill spent 10 hours at my home trying to solve the problem. I think most people would have given up, but he was persistent in helping a neighbor. These Lennox systems are so complicated it usually takes a specialist, so Bill and I certainly learned a lot along the way.. haha. After trying three different thermostats, we finally learned through consultants that my AC will ONLY talk to a specific thermostat, made by Lennox. Bill spent the next day driving all around Denver for me, trying to track down the much needed equipment - and finally found some very helpful people who gave us a deal! Im happy to say Bill and his team did not give up on us, and bent over backwards when they didnt have to. I would say dont trust the negative reviews you see on here. He is the most compassionate and trustworthy contractor Ive had the pleasure of working with! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Thermostat repair

First Call Heating and Air helped me resolve an air conditioning problem I had. My A/C was freezing up and not able to perform well at all. Bill came out to my home and with his help my A/C now keeps me quite cool even on 100 degree days. With First Call you get first class service at a reasonable price. I know I can trust them for follow up service as well. Another benefit of using First Call Heating and Air is their network of contractors for other home needs, such as plumbing. Bill and his team are great. We have used them now in 2 different homes we've purchased and they do great work. He's honest and helps to educate you as a homeowner so you fully understand what he is doing and even how to do some of the routine maintenance yourself. We've used Bill for basic HVAC maintenance, humidifier installs, and tankless water heater installs. We definitely recommend Bill and 1st Call Heating & Air.
