I have used this company to replace our furnace in 2023 and they just did our AC today. Johnny and Stephen were our techs and they were great: efficient, respectful of the property, and even answered my 2yo's questions! We also had our work done on an off season and weren't able to fully test the AC out (as it is pretty cold this week) so Johnny told me of we have any problems when it heats up to just call in and they will have someone take care of it, no charge. They are a great local company who employ respectful and hard working guys. I couldn't recommend them more and are so happy with their work in helpful bring our 70s home up to date!

Just got a new furnace and central air conditioning installed in my 1982 tri-level home. Comfort by design was referred to me by my neighbor who used them a couple years ago. All I can say is my experience with comfort by design was excellent! The process started with Jesse going over all my options for the type of equipment I would need. And then the experience only got better from there. The service people were so friendly and professional it was a great experience overall. You cant go wrong calling these guys! They are up front with you and let you know exactly what they will be doing before they come do the work. Pricing is very reasonable and would recommend. Cory the tech, was very professional and very knowledgeable. Calling them for all our needs from now on!
