Horrible customer service from the female civilian. Tried contacting her numerous times but continued to dodge my calls. Finally after a week of no response, I got through to Mrs. Boyd and she had nothing but attitude.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I transferred back to the area In October form NY, completed all documents and submitted through the JPPSO.. got verbal confirmation that it was sent. Two months go buy and no pay for PPM move. Call again to find out it has been submitted to the wrong branch supply.. re submit to correct supply a month goes by I call the NAVSUP number to find out why it’s taking so long... they never sent the email!!! I’m beyond disgusted with the service from this office and the constant run around from them. Zero professionalism and horrible attention to detail by an E5-E6....

Very bad communication, you’re on hold forever, no promised call backs... frustrating process to say the least and not much effort is done to ease this process. Still waiting to get a TMO pick-up date since 11 June. This entire process needs a process improvement.

Horrid... The lack of communication, the constant lies and slander. This is supposed to be an easy process. The inspector Mrs. Hosley stated she would return after initial walk through and did not return calls, no show, and avoidance from both myself and the dispatch office I contacted. Very displeased and disgusted on the treatment I received
