        Prices are good but was told I could get my appointment for install after pickup of merchandise and then install in another 1-2 days. Its been 3 days and I still dont even have an install date and that might take another 2 days. Now I have to reschedule my other appointments that require the floor in place.

        We were happy with our installation experience and very pleased with our flooring that we had installed in January 2021. However after a couple years we started seeing gaps between the planks. We called LL flooring because they told us when we purchased there is a life time guarantee. Because we were dropping 20k on this project that was a big selling point for us and one of the reasons we went with this company. Here we are 4 years later and we find out that lifetime only covers materials and not the actual installation for which they hired out the job to a contractor. Thankfully the company that did the install was willing to come down from Denver and correct it but here we are a year later and have several more spots that are pulling apart. When I called LL flooring they said they no longer contract with that company anymore but were happy to come out to give me an estimate on a new flooring job I inquired about. I said no thank you. Why would I want to work with a company that doesnt stand behind their work? Very dissatisfied with their service and Integrity.
