The Springs Funeral Services

When my mom passed away at home, they went above and beyond with her care. The whole staff was compassionate and professional through every step and I couldn’t have asked for more. Now for my complaint… About three years after her passing, I received a phone call from a collection agency demanding money for a bill at Springs Funeral Home. Interesting since it had been paid off for quite some time. I contacted the funeral home and after a week of back and forth, they agreed that it was a mistake. The end. Right? Wrong. Today (11/3/21) (nearly 7 years after her passing), I received another phone call from the same collection agency demanding over $500 for Springs Funeral Home. REALLY?! Why do they keep trying to come after me for a bill that has been paid off for over 5 years? I will be showing up on their doorstep today to address this yet again. But my advice for anyone would be to hang on to your receipts for this place - for many years. Because you never know when they’ll try to come back on you for an already paid invoice. Such a shame because everything else was handled so well.

I had both my babies cremated here and they were absolutely amazing with both my experiences I would highly recommend them! They show passion and caring and they treat you just like family I couldn’t be more happier with my experience thank you so much 💗💋🙏👼👼🦋🦋

We are from Denver I had to help with the arrangements for my fathers death at a memorial place here in Denver. The Springs Funeral Services in Colorado Springs (Platte Ave) way surpassed my expectations when we went to plan my uncles services. They didn't try to over charge us and helped bring down the costs to help our family stay within our budget for the funeral. All the staff was very caring and professional. The day of the services we were greeted by staff that helped us with arranging the food we bought. I'm not one to give reviews but felt I needed to give this company a review so others know there is still a company out there that cares and is compassionate when it comes to helping people at the most difficult time in their lives.
