They had to reschedule multiple times due to other appointments, equipment repairs, and staff covid issues. While they supposedly included a free heat duct cleaning, they were not able to perform this service by the time our house sold / closed due to the multiple delays. As a result, an extra $600 expense was incurred to get the ducts cleaned. Additionally, after repairs were made on the furnace, the technician did not put the panel back on the furnace completely and left the electrical switch off. When I came back to the house the next morning, the heat obviously did not run and the house was found at 47 degrees. I was kind of surprised because they were referred to me, and while most everyone was friendly, after explaining the problem(s) to them, there was not much concern for the fact that their reschedules resulted in additional expenses, and the status of leaving the furnace inoperable after they made the repairs is unacceptable and the reason for this type of review. David and his apprentice arrived on time and finished early!! They installed five faucets and a garbage disposal for us, the entire team at Hardcastle has been great to work with.

Kyle was very professional and personable. The heating unit was out in our water storage facility and the response from every employee of Hardcastle was top notch. Kyle called prior to coming to our site to discuss the issue and make sure he was prepared for the repair. In addition, Hardcastle has a tracking system that will link to your cellphone so you know exactly when the technician will arrive. Our facility is south of Divide and from the time I called until the repair was completed was less than two hours and Kyle came from Colorado Springs.
