Stroup Insurance

I paid my policy in full 6 months ago and the check was cashed, yet today I received a cancelation notice. Tried to go to the office, but the office is vacant???? Very sketchy. Would give 0 stars if I could. Update: I contacted the insurance company directly and was told my account is past due. I finally managed to contact Stroup and was told by a very disgruntled person that I should have contacted them directly without going to the insurance company because they have my account as being current. Stay away from this company!!!!

We reached out to Kurtis to get a competitive price on commercial insurance. He helped connect us with a new company that saved us quite a bit but also have come to find that his service is top notch. It gets my highest recommendation possible.

Very unprofessional. Not helpful. The reason people go to these places is extra assistance for understanding insurance companies. Not this place, they say, "oh, I don't know, you should figure it out on your own." Waiting for some paperwork and then leaving this company
