      image I had to replace an insurance policy and he was absolutely of no use. I asked about how the exchange works but received no information and am now paying three times as much as I would if I had just gone to the exchange. So not only did he not get me any information that I could have gotten myself, but when I needed information that was crucial, I got screwed! Thanks for nothing!
