Technician that came for an estimate was excellent and quite knowledgeable. However, bid estimate was nearly twice the dollar amount of another very reputable plumbing company on the same Bradford White water heater.

Our furnace was running for a while and not heating up. We called and James Jackson came out. He diagnosed the problem, found more problems, documenting them with pictures along the way. We sat and talked options. What may be best and what may be most affordable are not often the same and with the age and conditions of items around this house we figured it best to make an investment. He explained all the options available helped us decide on the right fit and got financing done on the spot. He was able to keep us with heat and the new systems should be installed in a few days!
