DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We had a roof put on less than 2 years ago, its been leaking from multiple places. He's been out to fix it twice....still leaking. No flashing where it need, no caulking where it's supposed to be. Skylights leaked causing damage in multiple spots through out my house. Services: Roof installation, Skylight repair, Roof repair

Bill is not even answering our text, calls, or emails. There is a leak in my house and he is refusing to fix it. He is not a man of his word. I had a super hard time with him doing my second house.

I am super frustrated with this company. Simply refuse to contact me and provide me with warranty and after 4 months my inspection is still open. Very frustrating!

DO NOT WORK WITH AIM HIGH!!
I signed a contract with Aim High in August after COS got hit with 2 hail storms. This was to be an insurance claim. Ed gave me an estimated start date of first week of October. I thought this was reasonable since the town just got nailed with bad storms. Ed was pleasant and informative and did help walk us through out first home insurance claim.
After the contract was signed, these guys disappeared. As the time got closer, I had to call to confirm scheduling. I was told that they were still backed up and it would be mid-October. Then it was end of October...then it was November. All the while I had to be the one to call and try to get scheduled. They kept making excuses as to why they couldn't get the roof done.
As of writing this (November 21), I still do not have a new roof and I finally had enough and fired them. Now I have to find another roofer who is competent and actually wants to do the work.
Save yourself the headache and call someone else. I regret the 1 star as they came recommended from a trusted friend, but I see that trust was misplaced.
This contractor lacks honor and integrity.
