Dan was instrumental in getting my house competitive on the market. My (supposedly)adult grandson was not the most responsible in taking care of his cat while living in the basement. I, being disabled, very rarely went down there due to the stairs and really no need to. Hence I was completely oblivious to the situation. He came in and remedied the situation. He was responsive, available, professional and caring. Out of all the tradesmen I had to work with - he was the best - most effective and reasonably priced. It was a true pleasure. Thank you Dan - for helping to get my house sold and me on to my next chapter!! 100⭐s

Dan at apex odor is absolutely terrific to work with, and highly recommend his company. I’m a home inspector and own a mechanical company, and will be referring him and his terrific product and services all along the front range. Very personable, and stand up guy. It was a real pleasure working with Dan and his team! After trying nearly every DIY solution I was beginning to think I'd have to live with the cat smell in my basement. We had our new home disinfected and an odor removal after the prior owners had multiple cats. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and timely with his service. I found Apex odor online and spoke with Dan. He was able to make time to assess my property that evening! He came out the next day to treat our house for cigarette odors and had it completed that day! Now a month later... still no smoke odor, just clean and back to original condition. Super friendly service. Thanks again!!
