Great Outcome! Siara did an amazing job. We just moved from out of state to a pile of mess! We thought we would have to sleep in a hotel for a few nights but Sierra came in and helped us out at an affordable rate when everyone else told us they were booked or tried to double our fee. Ciara and her team did an amazing job cleaning our rental. My husband and I rent out a home in the Capital Hill area. After our tenants moved out, the place was a complete mess. We booked our cleaning with Ciara and she was on it! Ciara and her team of two took the place from trashed to treasured. We recommend Sparkle and Shine House Cleaning 303 to anyone who is moving out and needing their deposit back for sure!

I would not recommend, Sierra was there for 4 hours and we spent time cleaning after she left. Vacuuming was incomplete, sweeping behind the curtains was not done, there was a puddle behind one of toilets the list goes on She arrived with a backpack, mop and bucket utilized 2 rolls of our paper towels. If only I could provide one compliment for the one star I had to choose to rate.

Ciara knows what she's doing. Ciara is so sweet and super good at what she does. Ciara got me my full deposit back! I'm so glad I found this cleaning service, so much so I've scheduled my move in cleaning with them and will continue using Ciara's services from this point forward!
