      image Horrible staff. Pretty sure they were stoned. I called in to understand the battery warranty process. I called this store and they told me to bring it in and they can verify the warranty replacement. 10 minutes later I show up with the battery in hand after removing it from the car and they told me they cant help me because their battery tester doesnt work and they cant verify the batteries dead without testing it so I should go to another store. That was kind of a key detail they shouldve mentioned to me when I was on the phone with them 10 minutes before.
