Jim, the owner of Battery Giant, is simply great. Extremely knowledgable, caring, and professional. I have had numerous positive experiences in the past with some hard to find batteries like a replacement for my computer UPS, but today's service was simply inspiring. My wife's car battery took a dive yesterday. I called Jim, he had the replacement batter in stock, had it installed within 10 minutes with no appointment, and all for about $90 less than I was quoted at the local auto supply store. You simply cannot make a mistake by going here, and thanks again to Jim!

The guy who owns this place is cool. Half the time I've gone in, he just hooks it up, like I needed a new fuse for my scooter or another time I needed my vape battery to be rewrapped, and he just gave me a fuse and rewrapped the battery for no charge. Not saying that that is a standard practice, I.e. don't go there with the intention of getting free service, but he's a cool guy and he won't try and charge and arm and a leg on you. I always go there when I need something battery related, one of the better businesses around
