After going to Ella Bliss beauty bar and having our $1200 worth of services booked completely wrong (not one of us had a massage scheduled on their end), we were met with service that pinned us as their problem, followed by dismissive character. They had no onsite manager to try to come up with a solution and the employee that we worked with muttered under breath we didnt want your services today. There were four of us. One who is 2 months into post partum, and the rest of us exhausted after working 60 hour weeks. We left and have written a complaint , followed by reviews. Only for the online response from this professional establishment to falsely accuse us of threatening safety. This is a line too far and is defamation on me and my familys name. They have yet to remove this defaming accusation. Do not go to this salon, they do not value customer service. Rather than value solutions, we were met with blame. Many other women have had this experience if you read the one star reviews. Mistakes happen (although in this industry most people can NOT afford to reschedule and have carefully timed the relaxation and monetary investment of a spa day), however, it is how you deal with it. They did not handle the situation well from beginning to end. What if you are planning a bridesmaid spa day? Or you saved up your money for your first day off of work? Just to find out your services were booked incorrectly and they offer no solution for your now ruined day. Dont risk it ladies!!!! I suggest booking with a hotel in Blackhawk instead for your next relaxation outing!!!!

Beware never go here booked a spa day for the girls in my family. When we get there all of the services we booked were wrong. The girl at the desk KAITLIN was extremely rude and unprofessional. My family booked this outing for over a month and we get here for someone to be rude and non-accommodating. The girl literally said she didnt need our services I guess Ella bliss didnt need over 1000.00 worth of our money today*** I. Response to the below response from business **No one in our group was inappropriate in any manner other than being upset. Didnt know asking your employee was a crime or i appropriate. This is probably why your own employees have sued you in the past instead of addressing a concern appropriately this company deflects from the real issue. Ladies go to a professional company. A business that just looks pretty from the outside doesnt mean its not rotting from the Inside

First of all I have never heard of a company that doesnt have a manager that you can speak to when dissatisfied. We called almost a month ago to book services at the highlands Ranch location for 4 people. This was suppose to be a bday gift/mothers day gift for a member of our family. We requested a massage for all 4/ 3 pedicures and 2 waxes. Unfortunately the Highlands Ranch location advised us that the only facility that could accommodate us was the Denver location. They transferred me to the Denver location to book the appointment. My whole family was excited for this outing however when we arrived we met with Kaitlyn who from the beginning was immediately rude to us advising us that the services we booked were not the ones that were listed in her system. Kaitlyn was unapologetic and unaccommodating. The massages which were the whole reason we had to be moved to the Denver location were not even on the reservation. When we asked for a manager Kaitlyn was even ruder and under her breath said she didn't even want our business. Then when we emailed the manager Chance he claimed to have a video of us being inappropriate which is a complete lie. i am sure the video does show us being highly upset there there was absolutely no empathy or resolve but aside from that far from inappropriate which up until now we have not seen this so called video. Please ladies I know I've written a book today but I am also a business owner who would never in life treat a customer who plans to spend over 1000.00 in my business this way. As much as this place looks beautiful inside the people and the way the business are ran is not and I would recommend anyone who plans to use this place not to take the 4.4 overall stars as an example of who and what they really are. I really wish i would have read these reviews before booking anything with this company because if you really expand the reviews and don't just look at the number and read the first few you will see that they have made a lot of customers unhappy over the years. Even though it may not matter to them I plan to tell every single person I can to never use this companies services. There are a lot more professional, courteous and caring places to take your business to and I really hope that the owner reads these reviews and takes to heart. So disappointing and unprofessional. My family planned a spa day for four of us in celebration of a newborn family member. We had tried to book at the highlands ranch location and were redirected to a manager at the broadway location as they were the only ones with enough staff to service our party. We each were booking several services: massages, facials, eyebrow waxes, and pedicures. We booked these services a month in advance and arranged childcare for the kiddos. When we arrived we were greeted hostility by Katelyn. She gave a lot of attitude when we asked to review the services booked when she mentioned manicures for two of the four(no one wanted manicures) before proceeding and kept ignoring our question and interrupting us while we spoke. She informed us we didnt even have a massage booked. She refused to offer any solutions or provide any empathy. She said while she is the day manager, she has no authority to make the situation right. When we asked for information of someone who could help the situation as she wasnt showing any empathy to the mistake made by the business, she said of course and turned her back to us to say we didnt want your business anyways I have never seen a person placed in a managerial role display such incompetence, rudeness, and overall disregard for client relations and business reputation. Our party was going to spend well over $1000 in a single afternoon for our spa day. I am truly disgusted by her behavior and baffled at how a business could fumble the ball on such a large sale.
