If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I visited this location to return some pants because I noticed they were fraying at the bottom. When I approached the counter, a girl with short brown hair was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I tried to return the pants, but she said I couldn't because I didn't have the tags, which is okay. However, her attitude toward me was not okay. For context, when I placed the return bag on the counter, she pulled out the parchment paper the pants were wrapped in and dropped it with a look of disgust. Then, she examined the pants with a similar expression. I was confused because there was nothing wrong or disgusting about my return. She made it pretty obvious that she has no customer service experience. Despite feeling appalled by her odd behavior, I informed her and her manager that her behavior was compellingly unprofessional and should work well for her. She then responded all I said is that you couldnt make the return instead of taking accountability for the hostility towards me. I suggest avoiding this location altogether.

I was just in the store and had to deal with the rudest male employee. They closed the dressing rooms for the night which I find odd. But when I asked he was so rude and rolled his eyes and told me they were closed. I am someone who has to try on stuff before I buy. I had 4 pairs of pants I had to put back. As well as another woman next to me. So unfortunately this lost my and another womans business as well. The male employee was so rude to his co worker as well and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was so excited to try on these pants as I have been wanting them for a while. So Im upset I didnt get the chance to try them on and potentially buy them. Hope this employee gets training on how to work with the general public a little better.
To add on: we went back about 30 min later. My brother asked for the pants off the mannequin because it was the only pair of the pants he wanted in his size. We were of course given attitude and told that they dont typically do that for people. As we went to check out another costumer asked to try on some pants and the young girl working said sorry they are closed you can buy them and go try them on somewhere else in the mall and return them if they dont work. The costumer wasnt happy and put her stuff back on the pile and was upset understandably! Crazy you cannot try clothes on in a store. As the costumer walked away the young girl mouthed F off and F you to the costumer and was like bye with attitude and rolling her eyes. I have worked in retail and understand you can have a bad day but there is a line drawn where you are just being lazy and unprofessional.
