People in the office are awesome and always respond quickly and kindly. They are doing lots of upgrades. The maintenance staff have been prompt with any service request we have had so far.

And all my experience is just such a wonderful thing to see a manager out in the field picking up trash, are helping them outside taking care of grounds just as much as he's taking care of the inside it just never been seen before so it's great and a special thanks goes out to Nick,for doing such wonderful job. Ruby, is such a wonderful job in the office walking really hard to please us.

I have lived here since 2009 and I love it here. I love the large floor plans and have found the office staff to be friendly. People have mentioned bugs but in the whole time that I've been here I haven't seen any. I also agree with the poster that said the tenants need to take more pride in their home and it could be even better here. Parking is kind of an issue because a lot of people just park wherever the heck they want to. I personally use the handicap spots and it's quite annoying when people use them for drop-off and pick-ups. I confronted one guy that was parked in a handicap spot- sitting in his car and I said 'hey that's a handicap spot you can't park there' and he goes 'I'm not parked I'm still in Drive' yeah ok dude. But other than that I've had no issues. All the people in the office are amazing Ruby has, from day one, called me by name and is always cheerful & helpful.
