New Image Dental Implant Center

The reviews of positivity have to be fake. I have been in implant hell with this company for 3 plus years. I can’t get a call back to get work finished, I went to 3 other dentists to try to get it finished and they won’t touch me with a 10 foot pole because of the poor quality of work done. I was told I had a gauruntee on the work done but now I’m stuck with a “temporary” blob tooth and can’t get this work finished. Considering a lawsuit at this point since they won’t answer the phone or call me back. Stay far away and beware.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling for 2 weeks trying to move forward with procedures and I cannot get any answers for basic questions. They say they will call back and I never hear anything. Guess they don't want business.

I needed 2 extractions done due to infection. Dr. Dobro and his assistant, Aysha, did a remarkable job of performing this procedure in a comfortable and clean environment. I highly recommend New Image both for the Doctor's skills as well as his highly competent and friendly staff.

I first went in for a consultation and they were awesome! It was after I had to call back at least a dozen times to see if they received anything back from my insurance (medical and dental). Every time I called I was given the run around and told someone would call me back. NEVER received a call back had to keep calling. Took well over a month and half and me to keep calling before I heard anything. They then still didn't have information. They were then asking what insurance I had and my ss number (Remind you I filled out paper work and they took copies of my insurance cards at my first visit). Which lead me to believe they didn't even take the time to run anything to see if my insurance would cover any procedure. Which also made me feel they didn't want my business. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based off my experience. I'm still "waiting" for them to call me back.

My wife from the Philippines had some issues with some failing teeth so we consulted with Dr. Dobro and his staff for solutions. We decided on the All-on-Four implant procedure and it was the best decision we ever made. My already beautiful wife is even more so now with her beaming smile and newfound confidence, no longer needing to feel self conscious about her teeth. I strongly recommend Dr. Dobro for any of your dental needs. Five Stars !!!
