Lowry Eco Cleaners Town Center

I had 10 pieces dry cleaned in this facility...when they told me it was $99 I could not believe it. Not only did the pricing seem outrageous, the counter person that helped me was so rude and unapologetic. She could care less about my dissatisfaction, the fact that I was upset about the pricing, and did not even TRY to help me understand the pricing. "I don't set the price" was all she kept saying. The place was full of a pizza smell, which she was obviously eating in the back. I will not return and I told this to the person, she said "OK" and went back to eating. If the value had been presented - the quality was actually good - and a sympathetic tone would have been used, you may have kept a customer.
