Dependable Cleaners

DO NOT COME HERE. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I put in a same day order in the morning only to find out there hours had recently changed (not advertised) and they close at 5pm which is INSANE for a cleaners. I get there at 5:15 to find this out so I have to come back the next day to get my clothes. When I finally pick them up I was charged $147 for 8 articles of clothing. Absolutely dishonest practice, do not come here.

Mona and team are amazing! Not only do they provide great service but they are the friendliest people around. Love to go in just to chat and say hello. Would highly recommend.

I have received incredible service at this location for years, both dry cleaning and wash-and-fold. Always right and on time. Mona and Mary are the best! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes.

Have been going to this location for the past 2 years because its conveniently located by our home. Only get shirts simple laundered and hung occasionally for formal events. Dropped off 2 shirts (both cotton, one basic white and one basic blue shirt) to be laundered, ironed, and hung. Was expecting the bill to be around $16 ($8/shirt). Go to pick it up today and they charged me $19 (see attached receipt) just for the blue shirt. When asked what the reason was, I was told Oh its because its full cotton. I was flabbergasted, this same shirt has been laundered and ironed in 5 different states approximately 30 times in the past 5 years for a cost between $2-$8; Ive hung onto the shirt for this long because I liked the way it fit (its literally a basic dress shirt from TJMaxx). To charge this kind of money for a simple launder and hang service is straight up dishonest. I wouldve understood if this was some special material like silk/wool/cashmere; but for a basic cotton shirt? I couldve literally bought a new one for that much. Last time I ever use your laundering/pressing services. Folks please be warned and read the other reviews below about this place - they will find anyway to steal money from you. There are way better and cheaper services if you go into the suburbs. Feeling ripped-off.
