    Terrible! When I dropped off my items I asked what the cost would be. I was told that she did not know how to calculate the cost and that I would have to wait until I picked up my order. What a shock. The new owner charged at least double what the previous owners charged--$8.45 for each sweater. When I arrived at the store to retrieve my items at 3:40 there was a sign on the door: "Closed for lunch 3:00-3:30" and they were closed still. The help is surly at best

    Ive been taking my DryCleaning to this spot for over 10 years. Recently, they changed owners and we thought things would improve. They got much worse. Upon returning from vacation, I put my dry clean items in here in time for the 2 day turn-around. When I went to get my clothes, they said 4 items were missing. Missing? In the missing items were brand new clothes I had recently purchased including a beautiful white dress I wore recently on my 10 year wedding anniversary with my husband and children. Its strange that its missing. The woman that works at the desk assured me they would have them by Friday. Friday was yesterday, so I called and spoke to Ash who showed absolutely no concern. In fact, he tired to shove the responsibility of calling the plant back on me. Entirely unprofessional. I then asked if Ash could have the manager, Brad, call me. After 3 hours and no phone call, I drove here and sat out front calling twice. I literally sat in my car watching Ash ignore my calls. I went in with my husband and kids and showed Ash a photo of me wearing the missing white dress, hoping to appeal to him to please help hunt down my clothes. His eyes showed absolutely no empathy for our plight. In fact, he seemed to find it funny. During the discussion, he did disclose that there is a terrible glitch with their barcode system, and that the plant is, in fact, loosing clients clothes right and left. He didnt seem to care about this either. When we left, my husband remarked at how awful this was. Im very frustrated at this situation, and exploring my options on how best to deal with this. There has been no communication or responsibility taken regarding their loss of my belongings and no mention of compensation for damages. Yet, they HAVE admitted they lost my clothes, and they have admitted theyve lost a lot of peoples clothes. They obviously find it funny. Shame on you!

    Constantly missing items and missing pick up dates. I had stuff go Mia for 2 weeks. Used to use this place before Martinizing bought them and I am now finding another dry cleaner. New company is terrible.
