Unbelievable knowledge, organisation and responsiveness. I have just completed the level 1 certification for fear-free professionals and, as a zoologist and behaviourist, I did not expect to learn much. I was surprised by the number of original tips and the intelligent structure of the course. It is packaging the whole fear-free handling in an intelligent, structured, well-researched and well-thought of course. Once you are certified, you have access to members-only services like the directory. My questions on the above were immediately (and intelligently) answered each time. I am also interested in evidence-based knowledge and have an aversion to opinion-disguised-as-fact. I was relieved that the FF course did not fall for that trap either. Colour me impressed.
