Take the time to ask Ms. Catt if she's willing to use they/them / mx. or other non-binary pronouns in legal documents and communications to the other side if that's important to you. I was mis-gendered during my entire representation despite her brand of being LGBTQ friendly.

WOW! That statement alone cannot suffice for the amazing service and quality work that Rachel Catt and her team did for me. I contacted her team when my ex-wife and I were in the process of determining how to go about the divorce process. We were in the situation where we agreed on terms of our separation but really were worried and had questions about the actual documents and process in general (although I know Rachel also acts as a lawyer representing individual parties as well). In our situation, Rachel and her team worked as knowledgable mediators for myself and my ex in order to complete the divorce process without errors and as professionally as possible. Their mediation services were unbiased, based on the facts, and allowed my ex and I to reach decisions and settlements that were fair and equitable. Jill, a paralegal with Rachel, worked closely with us to determine which documents were needed. They worked in tandem - through a series of zoom calls since this was during the beginning lockdown on the COVID-19 pandemic - in order to better understand our situation. They provided excellent, clear, professional, and fair document preparation services and consulted with us a number of times to determine each detail was correct. At the end of the day, all we had to do was sign and submit to the courts after we had provided all the necessary documentation for Rachel and her team, in particular Jill, to fill out ALL required documents for the divorce process. All documents were accepted with no need to redo any - they made sure the documents were thorough enough we never actually had to meet in person with the courts! I am incredibly impressed by Rachel Catt and Jill - every interaction was professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and every challenge solved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Law Office of Rachel Catt and her team who provided me with a divorce process that was as painless as possible and truly remarkable.
