You have also explained and given me options where it was needed and you have treaded me with utmost respect as a patient. I had chest pain and heart palpitations/felt like I was going to pass out and she was quick to say I had anxiety. A decent doctor was able to determine it was actually acid reflux. She was also very quick to jump to conclusions in general before having heard me out fully and seemed very arrogant. I never felt like she was actually listening or cared. She acted like she knew everything and didn't need to pay attention.
