We are an active, busy family, and the disorganization in our garage was driving us all crazy. It was hard to find things and keep things clean. Garage Experts came to the rescue with a thoughtful design consultation, multiple drafts of drawings, installation of beautiful epoxy flooring, , a motorized bike lift, custom cabinets and a ton of off-the-floor storage hooks, shelves and baskets. Before we could never find space for anything. Now, we actually have some empty shelf space waiting to be filled! And, my boys know where everything goes and they actually put it there. Mark was extremely attentive to any questions I had. He was straightforward and always gave me all my options and was easy to work with. Only reason I give this review a 4 out of 5 is my floor was done a few days before the freezing cold weekend on February 13 and the top coating actually froze and obviously didn’t try in time (after 72 hours of completion) and so when we drove on it 96 hours after completion we got dirt on the floor. The top coating was flaky, small cracks appeared on flooring and curbwall, and dirt got inside the top floor from the tires on our vehicle and from the items we had moved into the garage. To fix and remove the dirt due to the freezing single digits weather conditions, I would have to pay additional $700 to reepoxy and redo top layer. I went with the $400 option to only redo the top layer coating which still kept in the dirt and sealed in the dirt which Mark was transparent about. Take home message, the warranty doesn’t cover for extreme weather scenarios which is clearly stated on the website but please be aware to wait until warmer conditions to have your garage floor installed(40 degrees and up especially if you live in colder state). I wish mark would’ve advised to wait on the installation knowing the temperatures were going to be single digits in the forecast but it’s not exactly all his fault either since I gave him the green light prior to the blistering cold weekend. Paying the extra $400 on top of the $2k was not pleasant. Services: Flooring, Flooring repair, Floor fitting, Installation

I am extremely impressed with this company! Working with Mark & Melissa/family-owned at Garage Experts of the Denver Metro was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the project completion. They were responsive, knowledgeable, made the process simple, recommended a stunning epoxy floor color and completed the job on-schedule. They kept me informed every step of the way and beyond that, the work is superb!!! My garage is beautiful!!! This project was even more complex because Mark had to remove the sloppy job of a different epoxy flooring company before he could lay down my new stunning floor!!! I recommend Garage Experts of the Denver Metro without any hesitation! Superb to work with in every single way! I am one VERY happy customer...and I am picky! Thank you!!!!
