Great experience from selection to installation. Sam, our sales rep worked very hard to find the perfect color of LVP for our main floor and carpet for our second floor that would work with all of our decor elements, at very reasonable prices. He went out of his way to bring options to our home, so that we could see them in context and feel comfortable with our choices. April and John, our LVP installers were simply amazing. I cannot say enough good about the job that they did. It was a 5 day install job and they both worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable living in the space during the install, very contentious. The install itself came out beautifully and we are thrilled with the results. Richard, the owner followed up with us to make sure we were happy with everything and the one minor issue on the carpet install was addressed immediately by him personally. I appreciate a business owner that goes out of their way like that. We have recommended Carpet One to everyone we know looking to do similar work.
