Absolutely horrible customer service. They quoted me 6-8 weeks for my couch to be delivered, and here we are coming up on 13 weeks and still no delivery. Apparently, the warehouse "misplaced" the couch. They did a horrible job communicating on the status of my couch and really did nothing to appease the situation. Do not shop here.

As a designer, this studio is such a warm and intimate place with great selections. Truly, the entire furniture industry has been hammered with COVID delays that really are unprecedented. To be delivering things in less than 6 months is a feat right now. The staff is knowledgeable and the items are so unique in a sea of "been there, seen that" in other retail establishments!

Staggeringly bad service. I don't even know where to start. For an $8,000 custom sofa, non-existent communication. Delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. And to top it all, 3 months after I ordered it, they hired some random delivery guys who wouldn't even unwrap the sofa and put it together, and they mocked me when I suggested that they should take the cardboard boxes with them, All in all, the worse experience I've ever had for a low-end furniture purchase, much less a supposedly high-end store in Cherry Creek.
