This location is a dump . Homeless everywhere. Feels like walking into a basement . They are closing down for good . I ordered choc covered strawberries yesterday from them and they were mushy + spoiled . I called + they could care less . $40 wasted . No surprise they're closing etc

Placed an online order on a Monday to be delivered on a Friday. I was never notified or reached out by the store to specify that they did not deliver to that sector of the city. Upon calling the store to check if the order had been delivered I was told that piece of information. When I was asked for the order to be canceled, the women I was speaking with had a terrible attitude and hung up the phone once taking my card number to issue a refund. Over all poor customer service, which is unfortunate because Ive been using edible arrangements for a long time. I would suggest calling and placing the order in person so you are made aware of any issues that could come up.

Ordered a dozen strawberries and flower bouquet for my mothers birthday. Spent an extra $24 to have it shipped to arrive on her birthday. Not only did the order not arrive on time, but only the strawberries showed up. I paid $117 to have half the order show the day after it was supposed to arrive. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Edible to send gifts.

I hate to be the one to leave a business a one star review (actually never have before) but Im EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Edible Arrangements and this will be the last time i ever do business with them. My best friends grandmother passed away 8/30.. I placed an order to be delivered for her 8/31 since she was home all day feeling down. I was so excited for this to be delivered all day to her, to put a smile on her face. Finally after a few hours, it changed to On the way status. After waiting another few hours, the status never changed. So i called the store over 5 separate times (store hours and all!) and not one single answer and voice mail is full..?
All i wanted to know is where the delivery was after 6 hours of it being on its way. I continued to call and call and once again, no answer. Not even a phone call that they couldnt deliver it, just in a limbo state of on the way.
Well, it never got delivered and thats all i wanted was for her to feel special today. Especially, considering the fact, I am in Florida and shes in Colorado. Youd think this would of been the best idea? Nope. Anyways, such poor customer service skills and a total let down today.

They Shipped my arrangement via fed ex, and they delivered rotten chocolate covered strawberries today. So disappointed that with the location being 15 miles away they didnt send to a closer one or deliver by hand. Will not order again.
