Cannot stress enough how great of decision joining F45 has been. I joined when this location opened in 2021 and have been coming ever since. 5 stars, can't recommend enough.

I have been to many F45s across the country, and Uptown is by far my favorite! The coaches have created such an amazing atmosphere, and everyone in class wants you to succeed just as much as they want to succeed!

Great gym, and coaches! Super convenient location and classes are rarely filled to capacity. Coaches have been really helpful with my form, this gym taught me how to get fit!
