        The gym is pretty large so it doesnt feel crowded even when the classes are full, its always clean. The instructors are very supportive and knowledgeable!

        F45 has become my go-to spot on ClassPass when I am in need of a strength day. The variety of exercises keeps every session exciting and challenging. The coaches are not only well-trained in fitness techniques, but also incredibly supportive, encouraging, and have great music. Would highly recommend!
