F45 Training West Highland

I have been going to F45 for 2.5 years now, join west highlands location last August and the coaches were very welcoming. The workouts have a great variety and all the coaches and members are friendly. It is a great motivating atmosphere.

The coaches at this studio foster such a great community. They're motivating and meet you where you are at on your fitness journey. I would highly recommend!

F45 West Highlands is a great studio! All of the coaches are super supportive and friendly. I have been to other 45 locations when traveling and non compare to west highlands!

The community at this gym is great, and the workouts are fantastic but the business is not well run. Multiple friends and I have tried to pause our memberships for varying reasons - health issues, moving, vacation, etc. only to be charged during that time. The coaches run the business so there is not a proper business manager. They dont check email for months and rarely answer the phone if you try to call to deal with billing issues. If you try to cancel they dont honor verbally telling them you need to cancel and will charge you 3 addition times even if you are physically unable to make it to class. I told the coaches I needed to cancel because I moved away and was unable to continue attending classes and they charged me 3 additional times. After the first charge I emailed asking to cancel again and they continued charging me. I called and no one answered, and had to continue to call multiple times before someone answered only to be told that they would not reverse any of the charges. If you plan on joining and never canceling it is worth it but good luck if you ever need to pause or cancel!
