        I have the most terrible haircut experience in this YQ YONG QI place I have ever had. He refused to wash my hair and said not sure you can stand this cold water. I told him don't cut too much, just one inch, the guy almost shave me to bold. in the end he demanded me to pay him cash. He is the mean and twisted hairdresser from NY. Any women if you care about your hair, please don't go this place.
