My flexiability has dramatically improved!! I presented with stiffness in my hip flexors. Arnelle gave me the attention I needed and she designed a program specifically for me! Only 3 weeks later I noticed significant improvement! She was professional and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend her services.

Arnelle has been a safe haven and a blessing when it comes to yoga, friendship, and communication shes easily a thread of the three. She teaches persistently naturally technique with knowledge and confidence and is open to new ideas. She loves helping in all aspects with posture and flow and leads me feeling great in my practice! This was my 1st experience with yoga with Arnelle , was a bit intimidated but once the class started I was very impressed with her professionalism, and flow of the class. Left the class very please and been a supporter of her ever since.

I hadnt taken yoga in years, but I took a small group class with Arnelle and LOVED it. For years I thought yoga was just stretching, which is great but I love fitness that is challenging.
