        Horrible! With company for 2 years, no claims but rates constantly went up. Contacted agent to cancel. Ask all necessary questions. Bank account was charged anyway. After waiting almost 2 weeks for refund, get response that I will not receive a refund until 3-4 weeks after they charged my account. If it couldn't get any better, was told I would be charged a $26 service, so won't even receive the money they were unauthorized to take!!
