I went to the connect for health website here in Colorado and they had this broker reach out to me about health plans for a relative of mine. I got in touch with someone from Health Markets named Lindsey Adams.
Initially, I was contacted by her assistant who set up a phone appointment for Tuesday, November 22nd at 4:30pm. I sat around for about an hour waiting for the call until about 5:30 that day when I texted her assistant back. Immediately after the text I received a phone call from Lindsey and proceeded to hear what she had to say as a broker.
I wasn't ready to make a decision regarding the health plan so I asked her if I would be able to call her back in a few days after I discuss it over with my relative.
I called her back and left a message today at 11am asking her to call me back. Again, no reply whatsoever. Just dead air. I waited till about 4pm and I called and left another message explaining politely that I would need to hear from her soon as we need to get moving with our insurance. I texted her assistant again after that and just like with her missed initial appointment with me she immediately returned my call at that time.
Very unprofessional. Very much a waste of my time with this company and it's representative and I don't like it at all.
(I have an app on my Galaxy Note 5 that records all my phone calls. All my cellular activity is recorded, archived and never gets deleted. Everything I wrote here can be substantiated at ANY time and to anyone through a time line of events.)
