      image I walked in here for assistance with my life policy and in hopes of bringing my other personal lines products back to Allstate. I was a customer for many years until my agent retired and without saying a word one day I found out I was left out in the dark without another agent. When I came over to Jennifer Mathews office I was quite excited to have found an agent right around the corner from me. I showed up and the office was closed with a sign that said theyd be back by noon. Ok, lunch time, no problem. I waited until 12:25 pm before calling another agent on the phone who suggested I drive down to their office in Parker. No, thank you too far! Very disappointed dont put up a sign promising to be back at a certain time and then dont. Youre wasting customers valuable time.
