No Body but You

This was definitely the best massage experience I have had! I went today and Kim was so wonderful and soothing. She started by checking in with my mental health during covid and massage needs. I started on my back so she could work on my neck and legs, during which we had a nice calming conversation. As an introvert I can say Kim is not at all intrusive but just a pleasant soul to talk with. Once I turned over and she worked on my back we finished our conversation, which I appreciate since it is clearly difficult to talk with your face in a pillow. she did the exact right pressure, adjusting to my body language like no other masseuse ever has. The hot stone add-on was a really unique experience that I enjoyed. She does a good job of warning you before the hot stones are placed and making sure the pressure isn't too much when the stones are at their peak heat. Overall it was just such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Of note she does take venmo, which I personally found really awesome!

Just tried to redeem a Groupon with this individual (I believe Kim). Still can't make sense of the way I was treated, but best I can do is call it rude and angry, maybe even unhinged. Might have just caught this individual on a bad day, who knows, but it was definitely the worst customer service experience I can remember having. Doubly disappointing because the experience injected so much negative energy into my day - the opposite of what you want when seeking out a massage therapist. Wish the rest of you the best of luck dealing with her
