Little Caesars Pizza

There is no little caesers here - the second time google maps has done this

It's 8/17/18 at noon. I wanted to call ahead and place an order for an "extra most bestest" since I know they take about 15 minutes to make. My drive is about 15 minutes, so that would be perfect timing. I called 11 times during my 15 minute drive. Typically it would ring for 10 to 30 seconds, then you could hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up. Finally, on the 11th attempt, a really pissed off sounding female answered the phone and said "Can I help you?" I had to ask if this was Little Caesars because I was appalled at the rude response and lack of identification. She said "yup, can I help you?" I was going to say something but decided just to order. I didn't want spit in my food. After she asked for my info, she said "K, see you in 20". No thank you or nothin... When I hung up I had just pulled into the parking space in front of the door and I watched as the employee sat down the phone. There wasn't a single person in the store... so the senseless hanging up the phone really annoyed me... it wasn't like they were busy. Instead of walking in, I waited 15 minutes. The employee's name tag read "Dana". I told her who I was and what I ordered. She glared at me and wrung me up. Not a single plensentry was exchanged. Does she realize she works in custom service? Anyways... I won't be returning here again. The place was dirty and the employee rude. Call ahead is available so you don't have to wait... but you won't get that option here... as by the time they answer, you're already there. Might wanna look into getting a new employee... maybe a manager if that's what she was. Next time I'll go elsewhere to avoid this issue in the future. Annnnnd just got back to work... not sure how this is an extra most bestest... thanks for the extra pepperoni but there's almost no cheese under it.
