Housing Helpers Denver

If I could rate the customer service a zero I would. Which is really unfortunate considering the good reviews, which is why I wanted to work with them. I never try to discredit companies but the experience has been so horrific, others should be warned to the lack of support and customer service by some of the "professionals" there. The experience I had was completely different than what the next person moving in had. All customers and potential renters should be treated fairly, but I guess in their eyes, fair is not the same as equal.

We met with Jeff McGahey after I spoke with Jeff on the phone from out of state. We moved with a truck full of all our belongings with no place lined up. It just happened that a condo became available on the day of our arrival. Jeff met us first thing the next morning and was very motivated to help us secure the condo. Jeff was extremely friendly and professional throughout our whole experience. He worked hard with the Landlord to get us into our condo quickly, which rarely happens. We appreciated Jeff's advice and felt like he also worked for our best interests as well as the Landlords. We are very pleased with our condo and would definitely recommend Jeff at Housing Helpers to all our friends and associates looking for help to find housing. Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I used Melissa to help us find a condo in Denver, they happened to have the perfect one for us! She was so nice and helpful and also very informative during the whole process from when we turned in our application up to move-in day! We will use Housing Helpers again for our next move!
