My 1 bedroom unit and it was very well laid out, ample storage space and quite comfortable to live in with plenty of natural light in the day time. It was a very comfortable palace to live and well insolated against the winter weather and summer heat.

I had my bike stolen out of the secured storage that we pay extra every month. This area is limited to people who pay The extra fee. I had my bike hung on a rack with a cable lock. It was stolen out of a controlled area with the camera right in front of the bike hanger. Front management did not do anything, And did not review the films. They just had me call Lakewood police, and file a report. Im sure Lakewood police Has a lot On their plate Besides A bike. There should be better internal Management To avoid these types of situations.

If I could give no stars I would I basically waited a whole month and gave them every detail of my income retirement just for them to tell me I make too much money to live here!! They pretty much are giving the impression that you have to be a bum making minimum wage to live here.. the fact it took your team that long to give me an answer and have no valid reason only that I make to much is wild!! I have to make a certain amount but not to much!! Make it make sense!! People have to have more than one job to survive and its apartments like these that pretty much dont want you to make anything so you can live here and struggle!!

This place is filthy its getting infested with cockroaches . This morning I saw a killed roach on the wall in the first floor
