Have nothing but good things to say about this place and the guy who is running the show! Was easy to get a spot, clear and considerate communication, and super easy to cancel once we no longer needed it. Super clean, never too busy.

I looked at many reviews before I chose Broadway Station Self storage and theirs were glowing! Im happy to confirm every positive word. The facility is sparkling and extremely well managed. David, the manager, makes every step a breeze. I honestly couldnt be happier with my experience.

I had the weirdest experience here. I asked what could be done to avoid them raising the prices on me after I moved in, and they told me they would warn me ahead of time and give me the chance to prepay for a few months. I said great - is that a written policy? They said it isnt a policy and actually they may or may not do it. So I said ok - Ill just prepay 12 months. To that, the manager said he didnt want me as a customer because I didnt trust him to provide the warning. SoI went to Public Storage and prepaid 12 months. What are ya gonna do.
